If you feel you are sort of in control i would recommend you try to avoid doing this and avoid relating it with your tulpa, I believe you might be building suggestion about getting this twitches and thus causing them. I dont think it would be a good idea to assign them to your tulpa and keep going.

Unless you can set up a communication system of twitches, I wouldn't worry about it Maybe see if you're getting tense while forcing

Trying to get interests that are only attached to certain people can help. This can be as simple as picking a favorite color for each person or something more involved like assigning certain video games or other activities that one person mainly wants to do

What Kitkat is talking about isn't whether you are synthesising knowledge or not, it's about you forgetting where you got that knowledge from in the first place.

I didnt claim that i came up with the idea, jsut that its a realization i came to
